Dimensiunile \u0219i pozi\u021bia de condus sunt cauza unghiurilor moarte, iar ele nu pot fi eliminate complet, chiar dac\u0103 vehiculele se echipeaz\u0103 cu sisteme de asisten\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Decizia a fost luat\u0103 pentru a-i proteja \u0219i mai mult pe utilizatorii vulnerabili ai drumurilor (pietoni \u0219i bicicli\u0219ti) pentru ca ei s\u0103 nu r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een acele unghiuri.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ora\u0219, un pericol mare pentru bicicli\u0219ti sau pietoni \u00eel reprezint\u0103 punctul mort al vehiculelor grele. Spre exemplu, dac\u0103 un camion sau autobuz se afl\u0103 la semafor \u0219i vrea s\u0103 vireze la st\u00e2nga sau la dreapta, din cauza unghiurilor moarte, \u0219oferul ar putea s\u0103 nu observe prezen\u021ba unui pieton sau a unui biciclist.\u00a0Pentru a \u00eempiedica ace\u0219ti utilizatori s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een acele unghiuri moarte, ei trebuie s\u0103 fie informa\u021bi despre ele.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-23819\" src=\"https:\/\/cargotrack.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/CTS_Ilustratie-Unghi-Mort-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"O nou\u0103 legisla\u021bie obligatorie \u00een Fran\u021ba pentru vehiculele comerciale de peste 3.5 tone!\" width=\"924\" height=\"905\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0428\u0442\u0440\u0430\u0444\u044b<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 autocolantele nu sunt aplicate deloc sau sunt aplicate incorect (vezi specifica\u021bii\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000042532379\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Decret nr. 2020-1396 din 17 noiembrie 2020<\/a>), \u0219oferul\/transportatorul risc\u0103 o amend\u0103 cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre <strong>135 de euro \u015fi 750 de euro<\/strong>. Aten\u021bie!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00centreb\u0103ri frecvente<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce vehicule sunt afectate?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orice vehicul cu o greutate maxim\u0103 autorizat\u0103 mai mare de 3,5 tone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce vehicule sunt scutite de aceast\u0103 obliga\u021bie?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>vehiculele agricole \u0219i forestiere;<\/li>\n<li>vehiculele specifice activitatilor de iarn\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>vehiculele de interven\u021bie ale serviciilor de gestionare a autostr\u0103zilor si a drumurilor secundare;<\/li>\n<li>vehicule de transport a lemnului (camion de t\u0103iere)<\/li>\n<li>autovehicule \u0219i vehicule remorcate, pentru care din punct de vedere structural\/tehnic* nu este posibil\u0103 aplicarea semnelor laterale \u0219i \/ sau posterioare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cum poate fi aplicat\u0103 semnalizarea pe vehicul?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lipire;<\/li>\n<li>Nituire;<\/li>\n<li>Pictura\/Desen \u2013 care sa p\u0103streze identice forma\/dimensiune\/culori<\/li>\n<li>Insemnul in buzunar aplicat\/lipit.<\/li>\n<li>Orice alt mijloc de fixare ferma;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Vehiculele inmatriculate in alte \u021bari sunt supuse acestei obliga\u021bii?<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 acestea detin deja, pe lateral \u0219i \u00een spate, un indicator destinat indic\u0103rii prezen\u021bei unghiurilor moarte \u00een temeiul legisla\u021biei unui alt stat membru al UE, nu vor mai fi necesare alte insemne suplimentare.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Dar vehiculele deja echipate cu un model care nu este conform cu modelul prezentat \u00een anexa la proiect?<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 aceste vehicule sunt echipate, pe lateral \u0219i \u00een spate, \u00eenainte de 31 martie 2021, acestea vor fi considerate legale doar o perioad\u0103 de 12 luni de la publicarea ordinului \u00een jurnalul oficial.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Unde ar trebui s\u0103 fie aplicat\u0103 semnalizarea?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Semnalizarea va fi plasat\u0103 \u00een a\u0219a fel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 fie vizibil\u0103 \u00een toate situa\u021biile \u0219i \u00een a\u0219a fel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 nu obstruc\u021bioneze vizibilitatea altor pl\u0103ci de reglementare, a inscrip\u021biilor vehiculului, vizibilitatea luminilor \u0219i dispozitivelor de semnalizare, precum \u0219i c\u00e2mpul vizual al \u0219oferului.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Exist\u0103 cerin\u021be de reglementare pentru pozi\u021bionarea semnaliz\u0103rii?<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Da. Semnalizarea trebuie s\u0103 respecte o loca\u021bie specific\u0103 prev\u0103zut\u0103 la articolul 2.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Semnalizarea trebuie s\u0103 fie aplicat\u0103 pe partea din spate a vehiculului la dreapta planului median longitudinal (\u00eentre 0,9 \u0219i 1,5 m de la sol), precum \u0219i lateral, pe fiecare parte, cu excep\u021bia suprafe\u021belor de sticl\u0103,\u00a0 pe o distanta de pana la 1m de partea frontala\u00a0 si o inaltime \u00eentre 0,9 \u0219i 1,5 m de sol.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Exist\u0103 excep\u021bii de la aceast\u0103 pozi\u021bionare?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Da, \u00een caz de imposibilitate tehnic\u0103*.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Not\u0103*: \u00a0Imposibilitatea tehnic\u0103 corespunde cu imposibilitatea de a fixa semnalizarea \u00een perimetrul stabilit prin decret (de exemplu: suprafa\u021b\u0103 vitrat\u0103).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abaterea de la cerin\u021bele de \u00een\u0103l\u021bime:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Autovehicule \u0219i vehicule tractate, pentru care este imposibil tehnic pentru a respecta cerin\u021ba de \u00een\u0103l\u021bime deasupra solului de semnalizare, indicatoarele se vor plasa la o \u00een\u0103l\u021bime c\u00e2t mai apropiat\u0103 de cea prescris\u0103 la Articolul 2 din prezentul decret \u0219i \u00een limita a 2,10 metri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abaterea de la cerin\u021bele pentru pozi\u021bionarea lateral\u0103:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vehicule cu sisteme de viziune direct\u0103 \u00een partea de jos a u\u0219ilor sau u\u0219ilor geamurile sunt echipate cu indicatoare plasate la o distan\u021b\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de vehicul c\u00e2t mai aproape de cel prev\u0103zut la articolele 2 din prezentul decret \u0219i \u00een limita a 3 metri. Se poate renun\u021ba la distan\u021ba de 3 metri atunci c\u00e2nd structura vehiculului nu permite pozi\u021bionarea semnelor \u00een conformitate cu prevederile acestui articol f\u0103r\u0103 a obstruc\u021biona o parte din geamuri.<\/li>\n<li>Criteriile de pozi\u021bionare pentru semnele laterale nu se aplic\u0103 la vehiculele tractate pentru care exist\u0103 o imposibilitate tehnic\u0103. Aceste vehicule transport\u0103 semnele laterale \u00eentr-o pozi\u021bie compatibil\u0103 cu caracteristicile lor tehnice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abaterea de la cerin\u021bele de pozi\u021bionare din spate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Criteriile de pozi\u021bionare a semnaliz\u0103rii din spate nu se aplic\u0103 vehiculelor cu motor \u0219i tractate pentru care exist\u0103 o imposibilitate tehnic\u0103.
